Why Disaster Relief?

Bringing practical help when families need it most.

Disasters and crises often leave families without food, shelter, clothing, clean water, medical support, or basic household supplies. In these moments, timely support can help families survive, recover, and begin rebuilding their lives.

2005

Balakot / Mansehra Earthquake Relief

In the aftermath of the devastating earthquake, many families were left homeless and without food, water, or basic necessities. Under KHW Global Care, our relief team responded immediately, distributing emergency aid and working on rehabilitation efforts to help families rebuild their homes.

We also partnered with organizations such as APMA, PTEAS, and Morning Star to provide children with educational support through tent schools, ensuring that learning continued despite the disaster.

2010

Muzaffargarh Flood Relief

Severe flooding devastated large areas of Muzaffargarh, leaving families homeless and without basic necessities. In partnership with KHW Global Care, our team provided immediate relief and long-term rehabilitation.

The project helped construct safe shelters with proper rooms, utility space, and washroom facilities, giving families a foundation of stability and dignity.

2022

Nowshera Relief

Local crises in Nowshera left many families struggling with shortages of food, clean water, and essential supplies. Sharing Smiles Pakistan, with local partners, provided food supplies, hygiene items, and household support.

The project was coordinated with community leaders so aid could reach affected households efficiently and compassionately.

2023

Jaranwala Emergency Response

In August 2023, Christian communities in Jaranwala faced violent attacks, with churches and homes vandalized and destroyed. Families were left traumatized, homeless, and without basic necessities.

Sharing Smiles Pakistan mobilized relief support to provide emergency food, shelter support, and household essentials, helping affected families regain stability and dignity.

2025

Jhang & Chiniot Flood Relief

Devastating floods struck Jhang and Chiniot, leaving families homeless and without food, clean water, or medical care. Our team conducted assessments and provided immediate aid to affected families.

The response included emergency food distribution, cooked meals, clothing, hygiene support, medical assistance, and community engagement. A medical camp reached over 1,300 people in affected areas.
